Nothing new has really happened, but the Service Director stated that it seemed like a good project, and the council also seemed to be in favor of the project.  There has been a lot going on with the new Mayor, so they haven’t gotten to look at this project yet, but they are hoping to get to it soon.

There was a long discussion, but it comes down to whether the new political people in the City are going to continue forward with this project.

Strad noted that our July 21st regular meeting will be at the Dueber Fire Station at 7:30.

Zoning Report

Perrine read the zoning report.

She talked to Charlie Hall on what we should do about residents wanting payment plans at the Township level. Mr. Hall told her that Townships are not in the business of tracking such things and it should be left up to the Auditors office and the resident on making payments. Charnetzky said that every September, you can go up in September to receive a 6 month payment plan.

Strad asked if we are instructing Sharon to send the resident a letter letting him know we don’t do payment plans.  The Trustees said yes.
