President Doug Baum called the meeting to order at

1st Public Speaks Session
Mr. Mosberger thanked the road crew for the great
job they did on snow control this year.
Jerry Werner stated that he went to a Countywide
Meeting, and stated that he was pleased that the US EPA is now involved in
cleaning up the landfill. He went on to
discuss some of the details of the landfill including capping the 88
acres.
David Ross stated that he would like to see a letter
go out to the Mayor of Canton from the Board, stating that we would like them
to move forward on the park.
David Ross also stated that he supported the zone
change to the Wood property. There was
further debate on the property and Baum stated that there is a meeting Monday
on this property.
Louis Grooms said on Saturday May 17th,
there is a birthday party for John Miller, from 3:00 to 5:00 at the Pike
Grange.
The Trustees opened bids for the Briggle and Elson
paving projects:

Pahanish said the sign at the ball field needs
cleaned up or a new sign put in.
Strad asked about trash barrels at the
cemetery. They are working on it.
Reminder that there is work being done by Soehnlen
on his property which has nothing to do with mining.
She will be in court Thursday afternoon for the
Scott Brown hearing.
