President Doug Baum called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. Fiscal Officer Steve Knox was also present.
They discussed putting one of the road crew employees to inventory what we have record wise and put together a list of records that could be disposed of.
Doug Baum made a motion to adjourn at 7:20 p.m.
Seconded by Knox.
