President Doug Baum called the meeting to order at
A motion was made by Charnetzky accepting the minutes and financials as presented. Seconded by Strad.
1st Public Speaks Session
Anstine wanted to see about mowing
A motion was made by Charnetzky to approve Bob
Anstine to mow
Joe Frazer is interested in mowing Melscheimer
cemetery. Baum stated that we renewed
the mowing contract last meeting since the price stayed the same.
Wayne Casto stated at the end of his yard, the
Township dug it out to repair the culvert and road, but at the same time they
removed his property stake or buried it and he wants to know what the Township
is going to do to put the property stake back in. The Trustees asked Pahanish to see if he can
find the stakes.
Arnie Adams asked if we were purchasing the new
inspection book. The Trustees agreed
that we would purchase a new one.
Strad asked if there was an agreement between the
Village and the ESVFD.
Strad stated that he would like to recognize the
ESVFD for their years of service and everything they do for the community and
thank them for all of it.

A motion was made by Strad to go into executive
session for personnel with our legal council.

A motion to adjourn executive session was made by

Strad made a motion to retain Tom Green as legal
council and allow him to discuss personnel matters with local union 18 if need
be. Second by Charnetzky.
Charnetzky would like to draft a letter asking the
Mayor of Canton what his position is on the possible park that they are talking
about putting in.

Knox stated that he will check on salary for Fiscal
Officer and Trustees with 1.55million budget.

Picked up trash.
Cut trees on Farber
Cleaned up Cemeteries
Helped with Funerals.
Ran the road drag on the
gravel roads.
Deadline for judgment for
annexation was signed by Judge Haas.
There was a misunderstanding by the Village attorney but everything is
correct now.
