Old Business

Strad stated that the annexation has been discussed and it now seems like there is a proposal that both the Village and the Township can agree on. The taxes will be shared at 60% for 12 years, and there will be a moratorium on some of the properties by the park.  The ones that will be protected for 15 years will be Wayne Woods, the Mariah Group (Drs. office), Adam’s Fabricating, and Don & Mary’s Restaurant.  We committed to helping the Community Park as we always have.  The Village did pass a resolution accepting the agreement and now the Trustees need to pass a resolution doing the same.

A motion was made by Strad to accept the proposal.  Seconded by Charnetzky.
