PIKE TOWNSHIP BOARD
OF ZONING APPEALS
January 9, 2008 - 7:00 p.m.
Members present were
Nancy Snyder, Audrey Malavite, Louis Grooms, Jerry Eibel and Bob Burkhart,
presiding. Also present were Trustees;
Douglas Baum,
Mr. Burkhart opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. with a packed house, introducing the board members and then turned over the election of officers to Recording Secretary, Carol Barto.
Mrs. Barto requested a nomination for Chairman for 2008. Jerry Eibel nominated Bob Burkhart. Seconded by Nancy Snyder. Mrs. Barto asked for any other nominations and Bob Burkhart nominated Jerry Eibel.
VOTE FOR CHAIRMAN: Nancy

Audrey Malavite for Bob Burkhart.
Jerry Eibel for Bob Burkhart.
Louis Grooms for Bob Burkhart.
Bob Burkhart for Jerry Eibel.
Vote was four (4) for Bob Burkhart. And one (1) for Jerry Eibel. Bob Burkhart was elected by majority vote.
Mrs. Barto requested a nomination for Vice-Chairman. Louis Grooms nominated Jerry Eibel. Seconded by Bob Burkhart.
VOTE FOR VICE-CHAIRMAN: Nancy Snyder for Jerry Eibel.

Vote was unanimously to elect Jerry Eibel for Vice-Chairman.
Jerry Eibel made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 p.m. Seconded by Nancy Snyder.
