RE-ORGANIZATION
MEETING
NEW BUSINESS
Trustee, Doug Baum introduced David Ross to the other
members of the Board and stated he was instrumental in obtaining the recycle
bins for the
Mr. Baum stated the trustees had voted at their January 2nd re-organizational meeting to accept the zoning fees, as presented, with the following exceptions:
Recreational Facility fee. The Board discussed requesting a 2-tiered fee should be implemented and they recommended to the Trustees that non-profit (certified) not be charged and for-profit be charged the $100.00 annually.
Sexually oriented land use fee. Mr. Baum said the Trustees had discussed, and attorney, Charles Hall agreed that $2,500 would be an appropriate fee. Glen Johnstone made a motion to request the $2,500 fee. Seconded by Ramon Halter. Vote was unanimous in favor of the fee.

structure of each floor over 1,250 sq. ft.
Ramon Halter made a motion to
request the language changes. Seconded by Glen Johnstone. Roll call vote was unanimous to request the
above change to the Pike Township Trustees.
The Board discussed having a
quarterly meeting. In the past they only
met when there was a need. They set a
date of January 31, 2007 to have a work session with Attorney, Charlie Hall to
review and consider more stringent regulations on landfills.
Ramon Halter made a motion to
adjourn the meeting at 7:55 p.m. Seconded by Glen Johnstone.
