Charlie Hall stated that before we adjourn, he wanted to report that he had a meeting with attorney William Williams regarding US Ceramics, and he stated that his client has signed an annexation petition and will be here on August 1st to discuss their position.  Mr. Williams also wanted it conveyed to the Trustees that their intent is to move forward with the annexation assuming nothing changes at the August 1st, 2007 meeting.  They will also be coming to the Board of Trustees meeting asking that the Board does not oppose the process of allowing them to be annexed into the Village.

Baum stated that while we are on annexation, has he gotten any further on changing the CEDA so that it

can be finalized?  Mr. Hall stated that he has not received anything that has the final changes on it.
