Reorganization Meeting
Clerk Knox called the meeting to order at 6:30. Trustees Doug Baum,
A motion was made by Anstine to have Baum serve as
President of the Board for 2007. Seconded
by Strad.
A motion was made by Strad to have Anstine serve as
Vice President of the Board. Seconded by
Baum.
A motion was made by Strad to hold the regular
meetings on the first and third Monday of every month, except when a holiday
falls on that Monday, thus placing the meeting on that Tuesday. Seconded by Anstine.
Keep Carol Barto for Cemetery Sexton but in lieu of
a raise, she will receive eye and dental coverage at the single rate.
Keep Mark Pahanish as Road Supervisor.
Keep Richard Mahoney as a part time employee and
raise his rate from 10:00 to 10.50
Reappoint Sharon Perrine as Zoning Inspector at
$1,350.
Reappoint Linda Zaleski to another 5 year term on the
Zoning Commission Board.
Reappoint Louis Grooms to another 5 year term on the
Zoning Board of Appeals.
Appoint David Ross to the Zoning Commission Board.
Appoint Arnie Adams as the Fire Prevention and
Safety officer at $350.
Reappoint Doug Neading is Assistant Fire Safety and
Prevention Officer.
Reappoint Bob Anstine as the Representative to the
Health Advisory Board.
Reappoint Lee Strad as the Boards representative on
S.C.O.G.
Space Resident: $325 and $300 for all other
cemeteries in the Township.
Space Nonresident: $800 for Melscheimers and $750
for all other cemeteries in the Township.
Interment Resident and Nonresident: $600
Cremations/Interment of Infants: $325
Additional Charges for: Saturday, Sunday &
Holidays $150
Late arrival at cemetery $50
Deed Fee: $5.00
Disinterment: $1200

$100 dollars for road boring permits with no open
cuts.
A motion was made by Strad to accept all of the
above items up to this point. Seconded
by Anstine.
A motion was made by Strad to discuss pending
litigation with our attorney.
