PIKE TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION

RE-ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING & WORK SESSION

February 1, 2006 – 7:00 p.m.

East Sparta, OH  44626

 

 

Members present were James Davis, Ramon Halter, Glen Johnstone, and Linda Zaleski, as well as Zoning Inspector, Sharon Perrine;  Zoning Secretary, Carol Barto; Trustee, Doug Baum and Attorney Charles Hall.

 

Linda Zaleski opened the meeting at 7:02 p.m., in the absence of Joe Mezquita.

 

First order of business was to elect officers for the 2006 year.  Glen Johnstone nominated Joe Mezquita as Chairman and Linda Zaleski as Vice-Chariman.  Seconded by James Davis.   Mr. Mezquita, via e-mail accepted the nomination as Chairman and Linda Zaelski accepted the nomination as Vice-Chairman.

 

Roll Call Vote was taken The vote was unanimous to elect Joe Mezquita as Chairman and Linda Zaleski as Vice-Chariman.

 

Linda Zaleski conducted a Work Session, with Board members and Attorney Charles Hall, III.  Mr. Hall proposed changes in the Zoning Text attached hereto. 

 

After discussion and some revisions, James Davis made a motion to propose changes to the Zoning Resolution.  Seconded by Ramon Halter.

 

Roll Call Vote was unanimous to propose Zoning Text changes hereto attached.

 

Glen Johnstone made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:17 p.m.  Seconded by Jim Davis.  Meeting was adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
