Board review the Zoning Fees and make their recommendations to the Trustees of
any changes needed as follows:
CONDITIONAL USE ZONING CERTIFICATES
The fee for a Conditional Use Zoning Certificate as authorized by the Board of Appeals shall be:
Recreational Facility $100.00
Annual Renewal Fee $100.00
Suggested that, in the future, a 2 tied fee should be implemented for
Profit
and Non-Profit recreational facilties.
Sanitary Landfill (land used per year) $250.00 per acre
Annual Renewal Fee same as above
