district.  It was agreed that Perrine would call our current first aid company and get 3 kits made to the specifications.

Road Report

Pahanish stated they widened a little piece of Bowmont.

They have been mowing roads and cemeteries.

Patched holes.

They had a request to install guardrail at Melscheimer and Briggle.  The Engineers will look at it and give the opinion but he doesn’t think it will go where the resident requested.

He also asked the Trustees to look at the drainage problem at 1034 Cleveland Ave.  Pahanish stated that we kind of created the mess 15 years ago when the allotment was built.  Baum stated that he thought the resident should fix it due to it being on private property, as well as because he thinks that you could say that about all of the culverts in the Township.  He went on to state that he purchased the property with the problem already there.  Baum told him that, but he told the resident that he would check with the board and get back to him.

The Board agreed that the Township should stay off of the property, especially since it’s private property, and not fix the problem.

2 dump trucks were having problems and they found that they needed a couple of king pins.

He also stated that he spent the money that we gave him, and was wondering if he can have more money.  The board wants to wait until next meeting so all of the current bills will flow through the system so they can see where we stand financially.

He spent about $48,000 and will probably at least need another $48,000 if he can.
