Reorganization Meeting
Clerk Knox called the meeting to order at 6:30. Trustees Doug Baum, Lee Strad and Bob Anstine were present. Others in attendance were Louis Grooms, Carol Barto, Mark Pahanish, David Ross, and Sharon Perrine.
A motion was made by Anstine to go into executive session for personnel at 6:47. Seconded by Strad.
A motion was made by Anstine to adjourn executive session at 7:19. Seconded by Strad.
A motion was made by Anstine to have Strad serve as
President of the Board for 2006. Seconded
by Baum.
A motion was made by Baum to have Anstine serve as
Vice President of the board. Seconded by
Strad.
A motion was made by Strad to hold the regular
meetings on the first and third Monday of every month, except when a holiday
falls on that Monday, thus placing the meeting on that Tuesday. Seconded by Baum.
A motion was made by Strad to accept the following items. Seconded by Baum.
Keep Carol Barto for Cemetery Sexton and raise her
rate from 10.75 to 11.25 with 24 hours vacation per year.
Keep Mark Pahanish as Road Supervisor.
Keep Richard Mahoney as a part time employee and
raise his rate from 10:00 to 10.50
Reappoint Sharon Perrine as Zoning Inspector.
Reappoint Joe Mezquita to another 5 year term on the
Zoning Commission Board.
Reappoint Jerry Eibel to the Zoning Appeals Board.
Reappoint Dale Frietag as the Fire Prevention and
Safety officer.
Reappoint Doug Neading is Assistant Fire Safety and
Prevention Officer.
Reappoint Bob Anstine as the Representative to the
Health Advisory Board.
Reappoint Lee Strad as the Boards representative on
S.C.O.G.
A motion was made by Anstine to accept the following
cemetery rates. Seconded by Baum.
Space Resident: $300 and $275 for all other
cemeteries in the Township.
Space Nonresident: $750 for Melsheimer’s and $700
for all other cemeteries in the Township.

A motion was made by Anstine to accept the rates of
.445 cents for mileage reimbursement and
$100 dollars for road boring permits with no open
cuts Seconded by Baum.
