1st Public Speaks Session
Nothing at this time.
Anstine
called Charlie Hall and would like a meeting together with the Zoning
Commission, the Trustees, and the BZA.
He
also reminded everyone that the next regular Township meeting will be held on the 17th instead of the 16th
due to the Martin Luther King holiday.
Strad
asked to have a work session night in February to discuss what we would like to
do in the upcoming year. The Trustees
agreed to have a work session night on February 13th, 2006 at
7:30p.m.
A
motion was made by Anstine to have a special planning meeting on the 13th
of February at 7:30p.m. while also discussing any other business as needed. Seconded by Strad.

There
have been a few complaints about the trailers on the Brown’s property. He is in contact with the Zoning Department,
and has been working on the problem.
She
stated that she is continuing to look at all un-licensed vehicles in the
Township and sending letters out as needed.
The
BZA reorganization meeting is January 10th at 7:00 p.m.
Pahanish
said they chipped brush on Briggle and Haut.
Replaced
culvert on Bowmont.
Did
a little snow control.
Pahanish
asked for a new water machine that costs $344 and has a 5yr warranty. The Trustees agreed to purchase the new piece
of equipment.
He
said he was working on the new inventory list for 2005 and will have it done
and submitted to the

asked how the salt and grit is lasting.
Pahanish said it is good, and we haven’t had any trouble getting
it. It is $38.50 a ton.
Public Speaks Session
Tom O’Dell would like to see that they ask for help
getting enforcement for the 25% weight reduction during the 4 months that the
signs are up in the Township asking for the weight reductions. It doesn’t make sense to have these trucks
driving on the roads overweight, and having trouble proving it since there is a
scale that they all go on right at the landfill.
