past experiences with Stanley Miller Construction, does not support the
following:
Nancy
Snyder: “I’ll make a motion to deny –
deny the expansion based on that the character of the neighborhood would be
altered and it would suffer a detriment as a result of the expansion, and I
believe that the spirit and the intent of the zoning would not be observed by
Miller Construction if the expansion was granted.”
In the past,
Stanley Miller Construction has refused to adher to
the spirit and intent behind the zoning requirement as stated in Section Five,
Title II, B, (15) (a) and (b) of the Pike Township Zoning Resolution.

Miller Construction business use of property.
Audrey Malavite in favor of denying 25%
expansion of
Miller Construction business use of property.
Louis Grooms in favor of denying 25% expansion of
Miller Construction business use of property.

expansion of
Miller Construction business use of property.
Robert Miller in favor of denying 25% expansion of
Miller Construction business use of property.
VOTE was unanimous to deny Stanley Miller Construction an
