President Lee Strad called the meeting to order at 6:00 a.m. Trustees Bob Anstine and Doug Baum were present, as well as Mark Pahanish, Dustin Mosberger, Gary Knepper Jr., and Dale Boston.

A motion was made by Anstine to go into executive session for personnel at 6:01 a.m. Seconded by Baum.

A motion was made by Anstine to adjourn executive session at 8:13 a.m. Seconded by Baum.

The Trustees discussed having Phoenix Stone pave Briggle vs. the Road Crew doing. They decided that it would be better for Phoenix to do it at $35.00 per ton.
