Vice President Bob Anstine called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Trustees Lee Strad and Doug Baum were present, as well as Clerk Steve Knox. Others in attendance were Charlie Hall.

A motion was made by Strad to go into Executive Session for Collective Bargaining. Seconded by Anstine.

A motion was made by Strad to adjourn executive session. Seconded by Anstine.

A motion was made by Anstine to adjourn at 5:55 p.m. Seconded by Baum
