President Lee Strad called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Trustees Doug Baum and Bob Anstine were present, as well as Clerk Steve Knox.

A motion was made by Baum to accept the 2006 budget as presented. Second by Anstine.

Strad - Yes

Anstine is going to check on why there weren’t flags put up at some of the cemetery’s.

Strad stated that we should watch to see if Bear Run dry’s out enough for us to go in and clean it up.

A motion was made by Anstine to adjourn the meeting at 8:12. Seconded by Anstine.
