Clerk Knox called the meeting to order at 6:00. Trustees Doug Baum, Lee Strad and Bob Anstine were present. Others in attendance were Louis Grooms, Carol Barto, Mark Pahanish, Richard Mahoney, Tom Odell, Nancy Cramer, Audrey Malavite, and Sherrin Perrine.

A motion was made by Anstine to go into executive session for personnel. Second by Strad.

A motion was made by Anstine to adjourn executive session at 6:22. Seconded by Strad.

A motion was made by Anstine to have Strad serve as President of the Board. Second by Baum.

A motion was made by Baum to have Anstine serve as Vice President of the board. Second by Strad.

A motion was made by Strad to hold the regular meetings on the first and third Monday of every month, except when a holiday falls on that Monday, thus placing the meeting on that Tuesday. Second by Baum.

A motion was made by Strad to accept the following items. Seconded by Baum.

Keep Carol Barto for Cemetery Sexton and raise her rate from 10.50 to 10.75.

Keep Mark Pahanish as Road Supervisor.

Keep Richard Mahoney as a part time employee and raise his rate from 9.75 to 10.00

Reappoint Sharon Perrine as Zoning Inspector.

Reappoint Glenn Johnstone to another 5 years to the Zoning Commission Board.

Reappoint Bob Burkhart to the Zoning Appeals Board.

Reappoint Dale Frietag as the Fire Prevention and Safety officer.

Reappoint Doug Neading is Assistant Fire Safety and Prevention Officer.

Reappoint Bob Anstine as the Representative to the Health Advisory Board.

Reappoint Lee Strad as the Boards representative on S.C.O.G.

A motion was made by Anstine to accept the following cemetery rates. Seconded by Baum.

Space Resident: $300

Space Nonresident: $725 for Melsheimer’s and $700 for all others.

Interment Resident and Nonresident: $550

Cremations/Interment of Infants: $300

Additional Charges for: Saturday, Sunday & Holidays $125

Late arrival at cemetery $50

Deed Fee: $5.00

Disinterment: $1000

Regular pouring .65 per inch minimum $150
