A
motion was made by Anstine to go into Executive Session along with Appeals
Board and legal counsel about pending litigation. Seconded by Baum.
The
Board of Appeals is in session, and a motion was made by Jerry Eibel to go into
executive session to meet with the Trustees and legal counsel on pending
litigation. Seconded by Burkhart.

motion was made by Anstine to adjourn executive session. Seconded by Baum.
The
Trustees wanted to remind everyone that on January 3rd at 6:30p.m.,
there is the annual re-organizational meeting for the Township.

Resolution
#16-2005 was entered into moving $11,225.52 from 01-B-02 to 01-L-02.

Knox presented the Fire
Station Lease and the Fire Protection contract for 2006. All copies were signed by the Trustees.
She
discussed the Sherlin hearing. He was
subpoenaed but did not remember to show up for the hearing.
It
was reiterated that when there is a noticeable smell at the landfill, the
residents need to call the Health Department first, the Landfill second, and
the Township last as this is a Health Department.

Picking
up a lot of deer carcasses and trash.
The
next couple weeks will consist of working on Brinker and snow removal.
Public Speaks Session
Terri Davis stated that she received a phone call
from Club Ramp about the on and off ramp.
They are looking for support to get the funds that were dedicated by the
Waste District and then taking off the table when the agreement was reached
between the Township and the Landfill.
