APPEAL #321
Mr.
Gibbons explained that they are in the process of buying approximately 9 acres
of land presently owned by U. S. Ceramic Tile Company and is zoned for
industrial use.
He
did not, at this time wish to change the zoning but wanted to build a dwelling
on the property. He also stated that
they were presently living in a mobile home on the property, which would be
removed, once they had built the house.
Bob
Burkhart asked where the house would be situated on the property and if it
would be the setback requirements for a dwelling. Mr. & Mrs. Gibbons showed the Board on
the map where the house would be located and the Board was satisfied that it
would indeed meet the setback requirements of Zoning.
Jerry
Eibel asked the time frame they were looking at to build the new house and move
out the mobile home. Mr. Gibbons said as
soon as the purchase and paperwork could be completed they would begin
construction and as soon as the construction was completed they would have the
mobile home removed.
